Falksalt

Falksalt is cristalsalt from mediterrenean sea water.
They have natural salt, but the fun thing is that they also have all kinds of different flavours.

I'm a big fan of salt, i always bring me some if i visit Mallorca or Ibiza or any other place where they sell special salt.

So i had to try this. Falksalt is coming from Sweden but they work with Cypriot mediterrenean seasalt.

The flavours i brought are lemon,

black pepper,

and the black natural seasalt which is an eyecatcher on your plate.

This last one i was already using for a longer period. This is pretty cool to but on your grilled steak so it looks like there is a little charcoal on the side.

Ok, they are covered i plastic. Not easy to open.😬

I only have this 3 flavours at the moment, and my favourite is still the black salt. But i really want to try some more. Especially the red chili because i love some spicyness.
