I forgot to mention my man: I will eat 10 nuts as δεκατιανό and 10 almonds as απογευματινό (for the belly fat). Yeah, no dairy products man, just low fat milk (I can't eat oatmeal with water. I dunno how some do this) and I will ανάλατη μυζήθρα once per week with brown pasta (very small portion). Yeah, I have tried going with chicken only and tuna/sardines and salmon. When I competed, I preferred the fish because of the fats they made me feel stronger and healthier. With the chicken only diet I felt weak and dizzy.

Keep in mind, however, that back then I would have to lose weight in super-fast times and I burned a MAD amount of calories during training sessions. It wasn't easy. I don't have this problem now as I don't have to train in order to compete and fight. I can't do x6 cardio right now bro. I am still in mild pain. My physio actually says that with 4 days per week I am stretching it.

And believe it or not, cheat meals HELP ME big time! My metabolism needs a shock to work properly. But you're right, cheat meals from first week is a bit too much, huh? LOL

Skip pasta and find some protein pasta if its all about pasta ! When you done with your recovery ill give you a porn-star level diet plan xD
