Rolls with ham and cheese deep-fried
- 4 slices of toast bread;
- 4 plates of cheese;
- 4 slices of ham;
- 1 egg;
- 80-100 g of breadcrumbs;
- vegetable oil - for frying.
Dip rolls into a beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Put them in a frying pan with hot oil. The oil should cover the rolls about half. Fry, periodically turning over until they are browned from all sides. Then place on a paper towel to cover the fat. Cut with angle into small pieces.
