Ros'e pepper chicken😜💗
One of My favo dishes, i think rosé pepper is so underrestemaited...
Ok lets get this party started😉😜😀👍🏻
You need-
Chicken
Meat broth
5tbs rosépepper
1tbs allround speice
1can crushed tomatos
1.5dl cream
2big potatos
2carrots
1/2 yellow union
1parsnip
Salt& pepper
Jam 2tbs ( i used black vineberry)
Cut your union, i find people have a hard time wizz their knifskills.. So i recomwnd you put your union with ITS head down, grabb your knife and make crosses in the onion, around 4cm deep, you will now have a union hmm chessboard😉 Then lay your union down and cut AS thinn you can😀
Peal and cut your wedgise, see? I have my tatters in bigger peices AS they cook faster then the carrots😉 So instead i now can add all wedgies at the same time, Woohoo always save were you can lol
Heat up your pan add chicken and your union, make serten you fry the hole chicken 🙃
Put your pepper in the morthal and pessel and slaaaam EM goood lol
Add your spieces and jam, broth, tomatos, lower heat to 60 degrees, noow go something fun😜😉 this will do IT SELF , all by its own💗💗😀👍🏻 Give it around 35 min
Now your stew will be pretty thick, add your cream( note if its not thick, you can add flour to thicken it) taste, i always add mooooore rosé pepper, you should have a round semi sweet flavour
