Pasta With Beef Cheese and White Wine
INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti from firm grades wheat. Onion - 1 piece.
Beef forcemeat - 100 grams.
Champignons - 100 grams.
White wine - 0,5 glasses.
Cheese - 70 grams.
Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
Cooking:
Onion slice them and fry to preparedness.
We add mushrooms, forcemeat and white wine. We cook for 10 minutes.
Slice the garlic and we place in frying pan.
We put macaroni to cook. In 5-7 minutes we mix spaghetti with forcemeat.
We add tomato paste.
We adorn by the cheese.
