Ideas for a balanced and tasty breakfast for children.

If you have children, you probably know how difficult it is to prepare a healthy and delicious breakfast for them, so I decided to offer some experienced cooks from which you will be amazed.

To confess sometimes and I eat from this breakfast it is so delicious that it can be called not just for children.

Monday


Start of the week, we have energy from the weekend and we can mix a delicious mess with cornmeal. It's been about 5 minutes and kids love him very much.
Boil water, mix with stirring and leave to thicken. When it's ready, put a little butter or olive oil, cheese, and a few basil leaves.

Second option:

The breakfast cereal is soaked with a few tablespoons of yogurt and when it softens, grate a quarter apple inside. Delicious and nutritionally-fed children's menu.

Tuesday


We stock whole grain baguettes suitable for sandwiches. Divide them in half and fill them with fresh cheese refresh with a cucumber, olives, without stones, dill, green salad leaf or iceberg.
Also, a quality fillet can be added. If your children love a hot breakfast - cook for 5 minutes until the cheese dries.

Wednesday


We're betting on a guaranteed favorite flavor and a quick snap - snacks. According to the taste of the children, we choose with honey or other and we charge the bowl of whole milk.

We choose the highest content of whole grains and calcium - look at the labels to find out.
This is important to have the guarantee that everything you need for your children and their growth is in their morning breakfast. In addition, their taste is loved and gives birth to smiles in the morning.

Thursday


Stuffed yogurt with raw nuts, dried fruit, and honey. If you do not have time to sow milk - get ready. In a small whale bowl place two or three tablespoons of milk, sprinkle the nuts and dried fruits and finally twist a few spirals of liquid honey.
Full and tasty!

Friday


It's time for something strong and "rewarding" at the end of the week - snacks with chocolate!
Wholegrain flours combined with delicious chocolate give tonus and energy on the last day of the week. To the breakfast bowl of milk add a slice of fruit for a fresh and happy morning.

First i must say this is a great idea for a post! I will make a series out of it in Turkish :)

And for the important part, anything works if it contains enough proteins. There are tons of options but it does not matter if it contains different proteins. And also healthy fats.

Also the time they eat is very important. You can make them start the day early and with some healthy carbs. If they eat early, they will be very hungry for the lunch and that way it's easier for you to make them eat what you want ;)

Last but not least, don't let them eat junkfood at all! Also don't use it as a reward. Make them hate junkies if you can :D I know it's hard to do, but the devastating effects of processed foods are a serious problem. Instead make your own fruit bars, make your own chocolate at home. If they don't eat artificial sweetners, the taste of processed foods will be disgusting for them. But if you feed them with junk food early in their life, they will be addicted to sugar. Sugar addiction is a real thing! But that's another story.

To sum it up: healthy carbs, %70 protein based and full of healthy oils is the base diet. Take junks out of their reach and you are good to go.

They all sound great and good for children
Wonder if I can try this with grandkids on our next visit

Surprise the kids, always is good to change some routine from time to time.

Indeed and I plan to what they get given at the moment is somehting I am not very happy with but I can slowly try to slip in some changes ;)

My kids dont drink milk so I make them my own coconut milk or rice milk and then i just add it to some organic popped rice like rice crispies and bob your uncle that one of there favorite and if i really want to treat them i add a little organic chocolate powder to the milk wham bam.
