Food for Generations
Nothing fancy here, only the taste matters!
In almost every North Indian house it is a common complaint " Ma bahut dino se rajma- chawal/ kadhi chawal nahi banaye".
Mom, you haven't made Rajma( kidney beans)- rice/ Kadhi (Curry made from sour curd and ground bengal gram)-rice). It is a simple weekend lunch which has been in custom since my childhood or may be before that and still continuing strong with my kids and hopefully will continue with the future generations.
So here is the picture of our weekend(s) lunch.
