1- Diagnose.
if You want to gain some body weight and you don’t know how and where to start from. First of all you need to know how much weight do you intend to gain? Is your body structure strong enough to take it? In few cases when a person’s weight is a little under the structure of the body or the skeleton is also weak. The digestive system is also not well prepared for a heavy diet and changing eating habits could make a person feel sick. So for starters it is important to understand your body well and workout an appropriate plan accordingly.

2-How can you get it.
Getting help from a doctor or a nutritionist or a physical trainer will really help getting on the right track. Eating loads and doing exercise will alone not help much unless it is done right. An expert will be able to guide better with what to eat and what routine to follow to achieve a quick and effective result. Also it is very important to believe in your own self and stay focused. You might not get results right away but with the right implementation you will surely get a positive result.

3- Eat right.
The food we eat the diet we follow is all that provides the necessary nutrients, vitamins and fats for the body. When aiming to gain weight you will have to focus more on what and how you eat. It is obvious that you need to increase your diet but it would be better to know what to eat more and what to cut down on.

Firstly eat and eat often. Those who are in a habit of skipping a meal will have to change their habit for good. And with the 3 meal a day add two more snack time in between. Keep away from junk and fast food. Nuts, fruits, peanut butter and cheese are all healthy options for weight gain. Also skip the sodas and coffee and substitute with smoothies and shakes or juices.
Natural foods are more beneficial in every way as compared to preserved and artificial flavoring. When planning a meal or a snack opt for the right kind of fats. Dairy products, fruits like avocado, nuts and meats are good enough to fill up for all the healthy fat required.
Increase your protein intake. Though it is considered that protein is a muscle building element but it is also equally essential to other parts of the body like hair, skin, muscles and bones and also for the brain. Meat, egg, dairy products, milk, fish and cheese are good source of protein.

4-Exercise.
Human body works best if it stays activities . Simple day to day chores and a little exercise keeps the body active and working. Going to the gym and exercising directs the body muscles to grow the way we want it to. When working towards weight gain doing weight training will develop muscles and a help gain weight. While weight training make sure you are training yourself with a little more weight each time. It’s okay to start slow but gradually increase the weight and test yourself to the limit. Weight training will not benefit unless you do so. All the heavy training will also increase your appetite and make sure you satisfy your craving with a healthy shake or a protein bar.
