Chicken & bacon Caesar salad.
I present to you Caesar salad with chicken and bacon.
We have left the previous Parmesan cheese. So I decided to make a Caesar salad with chicken. Of course, not only because))) he is one of our family's favorite salads.
I'm sure most people know his recipe, but I'll add it again.
You need:
- lettuce - 1 beam
- tomato - 1 piece
- bacon - 100 п
- chicken fillet - 200 g
- croutons of white bread
- medium block Parmesan or Grano Padano cheese for grating and shaving (you won't use it all)
SAUCE
- oil - 2 tablespoons
- garlic - 2 cloves
- yolk - 1 pc
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- mustard - 0.5 tsp.
- Parmesan according to taste
Rinse, dry and choose small lettuce leaves, put it in the fridge.
On a warm pan, cook the bacon and chicken chopped into cubes.
Get the leaves of lettuce, and place chopped chicken fillet, tomatoes, and thin strips. Season with Caesar sauce. Mix Up Put the resulting crackers and grate the cheese.
