so naw i want to show haw to create this recipe
Ingredients:
2 kg of beef bone, 2 tablespoons of dried pepper powder, half table-spoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of pomegranate, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 table-spoon of onion, 4 teaspoons , Small cardamom 4, cinnamon medium 4 pieces, cloves, salt, and mustard oil.
Procedure:
Cut the meat into pieces, wash it thoroughly, and take away the water in the cooking container with all the ingredients. Then cook it with a stirring stick with a wooden stick. Remember, water can not be given. Peel until the meat is black. Pour the jayatri, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon and cumin seeds before the kneading.
Keep the meat black and oily. Smother more than once to increase the taste. Serve hot hot rice or bread. If you cook more than the quantity, keep it refrigerated. Serve hot in the oven for two minutes before the meal.
