Simple cooking No9 pork & kinpira roll-ups
Hi Steemian friends ! Today, I will introduce you a very very very delicious dish. Mouth-watering ! Let's have a bath towel or something so that you can wipe your slaver. hahaha
Ingredient
sliced pork/carrot/burdock ( gobou in japanese)
How to cook
①Peel a burdock skin and cut it.
②Peel a carrot skin and cut it.
③Saute burdock and carrot in a fry pan, and add Irikodashi, water, soy sauce, and sugar.
④Roast ③ in a covered pan.
⑤Cool ④ in a refrigerator. Roll ④ with pork after ④ is cold. Pork may go rotten if you use hot ④.
⑥Bake ⑤ in a fry pan.
⑦Add salad and sauce ( I used a ready-made-sauce). It' done.
