How to cook・作り方
①Cut the pork into long, thin, diagonal strips 1cm wide.
①豚ヒレ肉をそぎ切りにする。
②Wrap cut pork, and press it by using a wooden pestle.
②豚肉をラップに包んで、すりこぎなどを使って豚ヒレ肉を伸ばす
③Coat pork tenderloin in flour.
③豚ヒレ肉に小麦ををまぶす
④Coat floured pork in egg.
④小麦粉のついた豚ヒレ肉をさらに卵に浸す
⑤Put the pork in the frying pan after the oil has spread.
⑤フライパンに油をしき、小麦粉と卵でコーティングされた豚ヒレ肉を焼く
