IT IS POSSIBLE! Healthy chocolate cake!
This chocolate cake recipe contains no sugar, it is gluten free and there is no need to bake.
For the cake basis you will need the following:
50 g of popped quinoa
200 g dates
50 g of coconut butter
240 g coconut milk
For the chocolate:
100 g coconut sawdust
50 g of cocoa
50 g of honey
How to make the chocolate?
The coconut sawdust together with the cocoa and honey are lightly cooked in a small pot. Mix it up very well to get smooth blend.
How to make the cake basis?
Put everything except the quinoa in the blending machine. The cream needs to be blended to a thick mixture. The popped quinoa is poured into the cake form and topped with cream, mixed with a spoon and leveled. Then pour the chocolate and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour to tighten.
