The Spirit of Christmas is always in our hearts. Every Christmas, Philippines is one of the most joyful and a colourful Christmas celebration. Christmas is about forgiving sins, sharing and loving towards another.
But what makes Filipinos more colourful is that, theres a lot of lanterns, fireworks and foods to eat in every Christmas Day. All of us are very excited, caroling or singing is one of the best highlights in the Philippines during Christmas season.
In this wonderful joyous moment, I will be sharing to you the food that we ate during Christmas Day.
Representing, the delicious and crunchy special "LECHON BABOY."
LECHON BABOY/ROASTED PIG
LECHON BABOY is one of most delicious food that is commonly best serve every birthdays, parties, weddings, anniversaries, and or most commonly in every Christmas Day.
LECHON BABOY is a pig that its organs inside of the pig is being released or get and being clean. It is removed through opening its stomach, and then is being closed after its stomach is filled or contained with ingredients and then closed through a thick thread or straw and a big niddle and being stitched.
This Delicious Lechon Baboy has a crunchy skin if it is cooked very well and perfectly. Basically this food is set or put above the fire with a coal, it is cooked just like Lechon Manok that is commonly sell in the market such as Ogis, Mimis, and Chooks to go.
This food is the favourite of every Christians because it is rare to eat thu kind of food becayse of being expensive. But above all, it is very delicious and delightful. It's taste is very tender, juicy, and I can't truly explain its taste because it is very delicious. To those who are not yet able to eat this kind of food, I am challenging you to try to eat this kind of food, because it is absolutely and perfectly delicious.
