How awesome is it to be harvesting fresh produce daily in the dead of winter during the coldest times!?!?!
I can tell you its AWESOME. I built my life on a foundation of sustainability and The Garden of Eden is the pinnacle of that achievement so far.
Not only is sustainability important but so is HEALTH!
Living a sustainable life is not only good for the ENTIRE EARTH but its also a HUGE upgrade to your health!
I can tell you from experience that being sick and weak sucks and being strong and healthy is awesome!
All of life is better when healthy. SO embrace sustainable living for the betterment of the entire earth and everything on it!

hahaha Honestly I was "sporting the look" before Johnny Depp ever was. It was because he was paid and had a multi million dollar wardrobe/stylist that got him to look so cool.

It's definitely a needed road trip, a perfect time. I expect nothing less than epic, haha. My daughter will be eighteen this summer and it might be the last trip we get her company on, my son fifteen so he has a trip or two left in him lol. They're excited mainly because we unschool, and while my son doesn't really care what people think my daughter gets a bit awkward when explaining that to 'adults', so definitely going to a place where that isn't necessary is a big plus LOL
