Salad with chicken and baked eggplant: Recipe
This is one of the most delicious diet salads. Salad with chicken and baked eggplant is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed by calorie cautious people. Here is illustrations of how to prepare it.
Ingredients
- 60 g of boiled chicken;
- 1 small eggplant;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 80 g of radish;
- 150 g of romano;
- ¼ red bulb;
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Preparation:
Cut the chicken pieces into slices. Eggplant and 1 tomato wrap with foil and bake in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, 25 minutes and 15 minutes, respectively. Cut the onion into semi-rings, radish - semicircles, eggplant, and also both tomatoes - slices. Mix all the ingredients and season with olive oil. This salad can be eaten both warm and cold.
In one portion it contains 292 kcal, 20 g protein, 15 g fat, 22 g carbohydrates.
