"Mini pizzas" exclusively for Steemit

Steemians Hi! Today I want to share with you its exclusive recipe. I invented it myself. I wanted something delicious and beautiful for its guests.   They like it very much.

I call these hot  sandwich  "mini pizza."

Ingredients:

-200 Grams of cheese

- 3 carrots

- leeks

- 150 grams of mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt, pepper, spices to taste

- Herbs marjoram or parsley

Preparation. Step 1: Cut leeks  rings , grate carrots, cut cheese into small cubes.

Step 2: Add the mayonnaise, herbs, salt and spices to taste.  Mix it.

Cut bread.

Step 4:  Apply the mixture on slices of bread.

Step 4: Bake in the oven over medium heat until cheese melts.

So look appetizing our mini pizzas !
