Clean healthy thai food
I will be walking you guys step by step to cook yourself a healthy, clean thai food that will fill you up but has minimal calories, any where from 315- 380 calories. First of all, get all the ingredient listed below:
-Chicken breast (no skin) thinly sliced 100g
-garlic 2 cloves
-chili 1 or depending on how how you want
-white onion 20g
-green bean 20g
-holy basil (sweet basil is fine too) handful
-brocoli 40g
-carrots 20g
-pumpkin 40g
-brown rice 30g uncooked
-fish sauce or soy sauce
-oyster sauce 1tbs
-sugar 1/2 tbs
-pam cooking spray
So first off, spray pam to a medium hot pan and sautéed the chopped garlic and chili until the aroma of both starts coming out, add your sliced chicken into the pan and turn the heat up to max. Add in oyster sauce and fish sauce or soy sauce then stir fry it until the chicken is cooked. Add your onions, green beans and sugar, stir fry them until both are partially cooked, about a minute or two then turn off the heat and toss in the holy basil.
For the brocoli, carrots and pumpkin I would recommend you steam them, if you don't have a steamer then boiling is fine as well.
Plate everything together and it should look like the image below. For mine I choose to meal prep it so I have healthy delicious thai food ready for when I'm in a hurry. Enjoy!!
