Ohh I would so love a step by step guide for this. I made sushi a weekend or so ago and it turned out a Little on the dry and loose side.
Got some great tips from smallstepschange but not I'm obsessed with seeing how other people do :D.
It looks so delicious, what kind of rice did you use?
