HOW TO MAKE BUBBLE (recipe) / DTUBE COOKING

Hi everybody
Today I will make black bubble and will make black bubble tea as well as bubble fresh milk.

Ingredient:

• 140gr tapioca flour
• 20gr rice flour
• 20gr of sugar
• 5gr cocoa powder

Method:
Step 1: I mix the tapioca flour with rice flour and retain a portion to make the flour cover about 20gr. Continue to add cocoa powder and sugar. All mixed together.

Step 2: I take about 1 teaspoon of boiling water 100 degrees c into the powder mixture and mix well. Note, you must use boiling water 100 degrees C, if the water is not boiling enough, the powder mixture will be damaged. Next, I use warm water about 60 degrees C to mix the dough until smooth and divide the dough into small balls like video.

Step 3: Boil the water and pour the bubble into the boiling water until they float to the surface. Continue boiling for about 20 minutes, then pick them up in a bowl of ice water and take them up in the other bowl.

Step 4: Incubate with sugar. You can use white sugar but I plan to make black bubble tea so I use Korean brown sugar. I use about 100gr brown sugar for 150gr bubble. Incubate for 30 minutes until the sugar dissolves.

Step 5: To make bubble tea or bubble fresh milk, you need to prepare a tea bag filter, I use black tea, fresh milk without sugar and bubble. I mix about 100ml of tea with 100ml of fresh milk and bubble. For bubble fresh milk, you only need to add bubble into milk and finish. So I have 2 delicious drinks with bubble!
