Some Sizzling moments

This was last Sunday with family at once upon a time one of my favorite restaurants called Fountain Sizzler in Mumbai. Back in Muscat there are no restaurants which serve good non-veg sizzler, so I always miss this one dish over there. When I travel to Mumbai which is so frequent.....haha, I do catch up on it. This place I had not visited since past many years, possibly the last time I came here was 14 to 15 years back. Back then this was one of my favorite place for sizzler, after that there were another places which opened up and I kept exploring those and missed coming to this one.

Last Sunday, my son, his girlfriend and me decided to go out for lunch and suddenly this place flashed on my mind and I told them let's go here. My favorite sizzler here was the Prawns in Black Pepper sauce. The dish is still there on the menu, so without any thinking I ordered it and when the dish arrived I had a nostalgia.

It's a small restaurant, nothing very fancy, and the attractive part of this place are the caricature paintings that they have on their walls. Though now I saw that they have removed most of them and there is just one of it which is from the old times which depicts the busy day around this place.

We all ordered out individual Sizzlers as per our choices and then shared from each to taste all of them. It was so very yum, and the taste and quality I must say that they have kept their standards high as always.

Dining here brought back so many memories of the olden days. I had brought so many of my guests here and we had quite a few celebrations also here. I am sure this place is going to be there for a long long time and I can come and enjoy their food.
