今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。

非常喜欢吃以干锅的烹饪方式做成的土豆，就比如上图的这道“铲铲土豆”，这个名字很特别，结合了四川的方言。这家店的干锅土豆非常好吃，由于食材很入味，所以很适合就着米饭吃。
