今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。
石板烤肉，听起来是比较新鲜的一种做法，通常我们吃烤肉都是在金属锅或是用碳烧烤。图中的连骨牛肉由于比较大块，所以需要用明火辅助，加快其从生到熟的速度，对于顾客来说，这也是另一番视觉体验。
