🍗Easy Peasy One Pan Chicken Dinner ! (All Original Step By Step Photos ! )🍗

😋🍗 LET ME MAKE YOU HUNGRY WITH TENDER JUICY CHICKEN THIGHS !! This Chicken dinner is so easy and delicious , your going to want to cook it all the time ! My family just loves it ! I have lots of step by step photos of the process ! Just Brown your chicken thighs ( seasoned in your favorite spices ) in olive oil / once browned remove from pan and add all your chopped up mixed vegetables ( whatever your favorites are ) I used the usual Onions , Carrots, Celery / fry the vegetables until lightly browned in your pan drippings about 10 min. / add 3/4 cup of water to pan which will turn a nice brown color from all the yummy drippings ! / Now return your chicken pieces on top of vegetables and cook low and slow about 30 min until cooked !! Enjoy !! 😋🍗

Don't you just love the ease of one-pot dishes? Also, love the step-by-step picture tutorial style, I do the same on my food blog and find it really makes the recipes seem more achievable and also helpful for readers too!

That looks really good. I have been wondering what is for dinner tonight. Guess this could be one of the options since I've almost all of the ingredients ready. But I was just wondering if I could bake the chicken in the oven instead of pan searing?

thanks , glad you liked it ! Browning the chicken in the pan will give you those awesome brown drippings in the bottom to to brown the vegetables in as well as make a nice sauce to finish it off !
