INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR VEGETABLE CUTLETS

  • Potatoes- 250 to 300 grams (4 medium size)

  • Capsicum - 1 (finely chopped)

  • Cauliflower - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)

  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)

  • Carrot - 1/2 cup (grated)

  • Maida - 2 tablespoons

  • Black pepper powder - less than ¼ teaspoon

  • Amchoor Powder - ¼ teaspoon

  • Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon

  • Ginger - 1 inch piece (grated) or 1 teaspoon paste

  • Green Chillies - 1-2 (Finely Chopped)

  • Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per tast

  • Red Chilli Powder - Less than ¼ teaspoon

  • Green Coriander - 2 table spoons (finely chopped)

  • Bread Slice - 6

  • Oil - for frying cutlets


METHOD - HOW to MAKE VEGETABLE CUTLETS

  • Peel the potatoes. Break the peeled potatoes finely by hand.
    Breaking the brad and mixing it in a mixer jar, grind it and make a powder.
    Add chopped carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, green chillies, ginger paste, coriander powder, amchoor, red chilli powder to fine-grained potatoes.

  • Also add 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the flour mixture and put the remaining salt in it. 3 Put the bread slice in this mixture and mix all the things well. Add green coriander also and mix it. The mixture is ready.

  • To make the solution of flour, add little water to the flour and make a thin slurry until the pistils are finished. It will add about 1/4 cup water. Add black pepper and remaining salt to the solution and mix it.

  • Take a little bit of batter with the help of fingers, make a round or oval shape, prepare the cutlet, dip this cutlet in the flour solution and then wrap it well in the bread slice. Prepare all the cutlets in a similar way and keep them in the plate.

  • Put oil in a pan and heat it. To check whether the oil is hot or not, add a bit of cutlet piece to see if the oil is hot, then it comes up quickly.

  • Put 3-4 cutlets in hot oil and put it in a bowl. When the kettle becomes brown on both sides, after covering the paper tower in the plate, remove the fried cutlets from the kadhihi and put it on it. Prepare all cutlets in such a manner.

  • Heat hot crunchy wedge cutlets are ready. Serve and eat Vege Cutlets with Green Coriander Chutney or Tomato Sos.

SUGGESTION FOR YOU

  • You can even grind potatoes instead of breaking it.

  • You can put vegetables according to your choice. Those who like vegetable can add more, and if they dislike, they can also remove them.

  • If you want to make the bread slit, soak the bread in water and mix it in the mix.

  • The bread slices are inserted to bind the mixture. This does not break the potatoes on frying.

  • Do not put wedge cutlets in low oil, it can burst or soak more oil.

  • If you do not want to eat more oil, you can also fry the chellet. For this, add some oil to the pan and put the kettles on it, spread the oil all around and compress it on a slow flame until it turns brown on both sides.
