自宅で海鮮丼
イクラを頂いたので、晩御飯に海鮮丼にしてみました。
このイクラは、昨年漁獲された鮭のものなのですが、キチンと冷凍されていれば美味しく頂けます。
もうすぐすると、新物の鮭が水揚げされるので、冷凍庫整理のようです。
あとは、スーパーで、生ボタンエビとサーモンを買ってきて。
ボタンエビは、小ぶりだったのですが、とても甘く美味しかったです。
北海道に住んでいても、イクラは高級品なのでなかなか食べることがないんですよね。
美味しく豪華な晩御飯となりました^^
