The recipe curds donuts:

Curd donuts for 10 minutes - one of those unbelievably fast recipes.

Ingredients for cooking:

1. Eggs - 3 pieces 
2. Sugar - 1 cup 
3. Curd - 500 g 
4. Flour - 2.5 cups 
5. Salt - 0.5 tsp 
6. Baking powder - 2 tsp 
7. Sunflower oil for frying - 0.5 cups

How to make donuts with curd^

The process of kneading lasts no more than 5 minutes and frying donuts also takes 5 minutes. Into a bowl add the egg and sugar. Thoroughly mix the first two ingredient.

Then add the the curd. Once again all mix well.

Add salt, baking powder and flour. The dough should get soft.

Grease hands with sunflower oil and make balls of dough. Cottage cheese balls fry on both sides.
