My recipe "Cinnamon rolls in the form of roses."
Hi all!) Today I want to share a recipe for cooking cinnamon rolls. Buns are obtained crispy, wonderfully gentle and of course very tasty.
Ingredients:
For the test you need:
Milk - 1 cup
Butter - 50 g
Eggs - 1 pc.
Yeast dry - 1 bag
Flour - 500 g
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 0.5 tsp
For the filling you need:
Sugar, cinnamon - to taste
Preparation:
Heat the milk and butter. Yeast mixed with sugar and dissolve this mixture and let stand for 10 minutes. Then you need to add the egg, butter, salt and flour, sifted through a sieve. Knead the dough. It must be very gentle. Cover the dough with a towel and put into a warm place for 30 minut.Testo should increase by 2 times. You can now form a bun. Divide dough into balls. Each ball roll out the layer, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Reduce roll and cut into equal parts and make the roses. & Nbsp; Bake buns in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Finished rolls cover with a towel and let it "rest".
