Grape Spoon Sweet (glyko stafyli)📷

My mum made this lovely and delicious traditional dessert with grapes, served with Greek yogurt and some toasted bread slices with hot butter. She always create the most amazing spoon sweets ever!So simple ingredients, but so much flavor and aroma..
Grape spoon sweet (γλυκό του κουταλιού σταφύλι) is a typical sweet treat from Greece, made (usually) by fresh grapes, sugar, lemon juice, water and geranium leaves.Althought it is one of the most innocent desserts, it has an incredible rich and sweet taste! You can store it in the refrigerator, into sterilized jars and it could be served with yogurt, bread slices, cake slices, vanilla ice-cream, pancakes..and of course with the traditional way, on a spoon!

And.. a super easy cheesecake, with a crispy chocolate biscuit base and a mouthwatering dark chocolate sauce(this is my own creation)..We ate these two sweets the same day! One dessert is never enough..
