It truly is difficult to find food that contains a significant amount of nutrients, micronutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, complete protein, and fiber.
Quinoa truly does contain a lot health benefits when consumed. The texture of it, when cooked, is very unique from any other food I have tried-- but it is very delicious and I plan to continue eating it every morning for breakfast!
