Spanish Mussels
☀️ Warm summer days are getting shorter, so grab a glass of dry white wine and make this simple dish to go with it 🐚
There's plenty of recipes for Spanish mussels online that you can choose from, but after browsing for a while, I decided to go with the one from Spain On A Fork. It's pretty easy to follow, there's a video you can watch and the ingredients are available about anywhere.
I highly recommend butter toasting some French baguette too, load a slice up with fragrant tomatoes and a mussel, take a bite . . . delicious!

I sat around and watched her seriously eat this entire pan of mussels directly out of the pan, don't let her fool you with her fanciness. I personally think they're super gross, but yeah, she doesn't.

The one with cream , oignons and curry is pretty perfect too .
