STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #11 : Pumpkin burger
For this week challenge we will make pumpkin burger.
For buns we will need
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1.5-2 cups of flour
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Mix oil with sour cream. Add salt and sugar. Mix a bit. Than add flour and seasame seeds
Form a round buns. Grease with a thin layer on top of sour cream and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
For the filling, we need
1 onion
4-5 mushrooms
1/2 bulgarian pepper
1/2 cup of pumpkin pulp
4-6 slices of sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of semolina
pepper
The grated pumpkin, add salt and mix well.
Mushrooms fry until soft.
Onion, pepper and chopped mixed with mushrooms in a blender until the consistency of mashed potatoes. Slice sun-dried tomatoes.
Mix the grated pumpkin, vegetable puree and tomatoes together
Add flour, semolina and sesame seeds and stir
Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste
Cool the mixture for 30 minutes. Then bake vegetable balls until golden brown
And finally
Cut the bun in half
Grease with ketchup
Then lettuce
Our pumpkin balls
Сucumber and tomato
Pour with sauce (Greek yogurt + mustard)
And our pumpkin burger is ready ! Enjoy!

What I admire the most about this post is that you did not just make a burger you also made your buns from scratch.
