My today`s desserts. The Cookie Cake and bananas with chocolate.
Instruction for Cookie Cake:
What you need: brown cookies 400 g, sugar 75 g, vanilla a little teaspoon, the curd 500 g, whipped cream 100 ml and bananas 4 , cherries 300 g and crated chocolate 200 g.
Mixed cream : sugar, vanilla, curd, cream. Do it layers : First layer: cookies, mixed cream bananas. Second Layer :cookies, cream and bananas. Last layer: cookies, mixed cream, cherries and crated chocolate.

Nice! very nice and easy! @kadri. But the trouble is to find good double cream in my country. This has to be imported and quite difficult to find. I have to go to a special shop. Would like to a piece of your cake!
