Jilin Steamed Dumplings 吉林蒸餃 🥟🥟🥟
This is a very famous shop in Jilin Night Market, even been posted in the news paper!
這間蒸餃店在吉林夜市是非常有名的，還有登過報紙美食版呀～
Its food are all small dish, so there's not a lot of dishes , serve with the steamed dumplings and steamed rice rolls.
And you can see everything is made on the day, they always make it in the shop, so everything is very fresh!
因為是小吃，所以菜樣也不多，就是以蒸餃為主，還有腸粉。
在店面可以看到所有的東西都是每天新鮮現做、現蒸的，非常新鮮！
Corn Chowder : it tasted like the soup in the steak shops in Taiwan, it's thicker , doesn't like some cheap store make the soup diluted with a lot of water. I've never had this taste of soup in USA. And their hot & sour soup is very good also!
玉米濃湯：和台灣一般牛排館的玉米濃湯口味很像，但是很濃，不是水水的那種。我喜歡喝這種玉米濃湯，反而喝不習慣美國的濃湯呀哈哈。每次來吃都一定要點上一碗湯，酸辣湯也是料多實在又好喝！
Steamed Pork Dumplings : the dumpling skin is not very thick and kind of chewy, and it will flow out the soup when you bite it! mmh that's delicious! Eat it with the homemade soy sauce, hot oil and shredded ginger, that's so perfect !
鮮肉蒸餃：皮不會太厚但又很有咬勁，一咬下去裡面滿滿的湯都流出來啦！好美味呀！沾上自製的醬油和辣醬，搭薑將一起吃太完美啦！
Steamed Pork Rice Rolls : It tasted soft but not that over, eat with the soy sauce it comes with , so tasty also! And other flavor is the shrimp one, the shrimp is very big, and very fresh!! Love the shrimp one the most !
鮮肉腸粉：軟軟又有咬勁的腸粉，和附送一起的醬一起吃，也是好好食啊！另外鮮蝦腸粉的蝦超級飽滿，一咬下去也很鮮甜呀！也是超級推薦的！
Here are all their homemade sauce, i love their hot oil the most , you will feel awesome when you just smell it haha.
桌上放的醬料都是他們自製調配的醬料，最愛他們的辣油了，光聞就很香了呀！
And you can keep going to have anything else in this night market, it's only on one street, but it's full of a lots great food!
吃完後也可以再繼續去逛逛吉林夜市，雖然只有小小一條街，但是充滿著很多美食小吃呀！
