It's very very cold these day in Taiwan. When i was in America, the temperature is -1˚F, that's frozen for me already haha. And i missed the Taiwanese Ginger Duck w. Rice Wine Tot Pot so much, i couldn't find it in America, even though in Chinatown. We should hav some delicious Ginger Duck Tot Pot in these cold days!
So today i can't wait to come this famous chain Ginger Duck Tot Pot store in Taiwan.

這幾天台灣還流來襲，早在美國氣溫-1˚F (約攝氏-18度)的時候，我心裡就非常想念台灣的薑母鴨了，不過在美國即使在唐人街目前都還沒看到有薑母鴨這種東西呀！這麼冷的天當然就是要來一碗熱騰騰的薑母鴨湯啦！
今天來到有名連鎖的霸味薑母鴨。

Every table and chair is very short, i think it's easier for the employee to add the soup. Then choose the foods you wanna put in the hot pot. More people that you can have more choice, and more different food to have, but we only have two ppl today, so we cannot have too many choices.

And one more important thing in the hot pot is Ginger & Rice Wine ! I love the hot pot soup with heavy ginger and wine flavor! 🤤

每張桌子椅子都特別矮，可能是要方便店員加湯比較容易吧，在台灣很多火鍋燒烤店都是這樣的椅子。
然後就自己點料啦，等湯送來之後就可以把料加進去啦。越多人吃當然就可以叫更多不同的料，不過今天我們只有兩個人，所以能叫的料有限啦～
薑母鴨還有一個最重要的就是薑味和米酒啦！個人喜歡酒味很重的湯底，不過騎車開車要小心呀(聽說有些人吃完了薑母鴨就測值過不了呀～)🤤

Make Your Own Sauce 調製醬料

The soy sauce with thick soy sauce & thick broad-bean sauce which are the best sauce with this hot pot!You can add more hot sauce if you like.
吃薑母鴨就是要搭配醬油膏＋豆瓣醬！喜歡辣的可以再多加一點辣椒醬。

Duck Intestine 鴨腸

It's hard for me to find this in American restaurant. But i love to put the duck intestine in the hot pot! Crispy crispy and tasty!🤤
這是我在美國連火鍋店都找不到的，因為老外不太敢吃內臟類的東西。但我覺得火鍋就是要加個鴨腸呀，清脆的口感好好吃呀～🤤

Others like veg., frozen tofu, mushroom, tofu skin, fish balls.... cook until well done, then you can enjoy your meal!
其他還有像凍豆腐、蔬菜類、香菇類、豆皮、魚丸等等，熟了就可以起鍋享用啦！

I finally have my dreaming Ginger Duck w. Rice Wine Tot Pot! i missed it sooo much and i can't cook it, Ginger Duck w. Rice Wine Tot Pot get!🏆
終於吃到朝思暮想以久的薑母鴨了，在美國的時候極度思念，自己又做不出來，吃薑母鴨心願成就達成！
下次要朝四川麻辣火鍋前進啦！

Btw: Because we don't have heat in my house , it's frozen! Sully always hides in the warm place or comforter, have no any energy. He've gained a lots weight this winter, and looked like a turtle already....
題外話：因為家裏沒有暖氣，在家裡都要冷死了，連蘇力都整日窩在有熱氣或棉被的地方，完全沒有動力啊。這個冬天他已經胖了一圈遠看像隻烏龜一樣了。
