🍝 Friendly Korean Boss, And Yummy Korean Kimchi Food in New Jersey! | 親切的韓國老闆，好吃的韓國泡菜料理!

Eden Korean Restaurant 🍲 🍲 🍲
Just had too much west food and Chinese food , and want to switch some different flavors, so today we were in a little famous Korean food restaurant . The place is not big, and very clean. The boss is an Korean, and the servers are also Korean, everyone is very kind.
They will offer some marinaded appetizers, you can refill if you can , i love the kimchi! i ate about three small dishes haha.
Today' s order is :
Vegetable pancake, Kimchi fried rice with extra egg , Beef Bulgogi Dolsot
👆Vegetal pancake The pastry is soft , ad there are a lot of materials inside, be fried to crispy, eat with the soy , yummy! Because the size is very big, so i think as appetizers that it will be good for 3-4 people to share .
👆Kimchi fried rice with extra egg strong and very good flavor,and a little hot , but very appetizing! They offer with a sunny side up egg on it, but my boyfriend loves their egg so he ordered a extra one haha. Isn't the big sunny side up egg so cute and pretty?
👆Beef Bulgogi Dolsot Add the hot sauce into the rice. The stone bowl is very hot so beware to touch it . I love to let the rice in the hot stone for a while until the rice taste a little bite hard, like the crispy rice, i think it smell and taste more better haha. There are beef, carrot, onion, mushroom inside, and you can add the hot sauce whatever you want. They offer a sunny side up egg, too.But i'm too hungry so i can't wait to chop it and ready to eat...haha.

西式和中式的餐點吃久了偶爾也想換換口味，今天我們來到了一間在地小有名氣氣的韓國料理店，店面小小的，也很乾淨。老闆娘是韓國人，請的員工也都是韓國人，每個人都很親切呀!
一入座會先送來醃漬小菜拼盤，吃完了還可以再續，好吃的韓國泡菜讓人一口接著一口呀!
今天的餐點是 : 蔬菜煎餅、泡菜炒飯加荷包蛋、牛肉石鍋拌飯
蔬菜煎餅 面皮是比較綿密的口感，比較軟。裡面有滿滿的料，煎的脆脆的，沾著醬油吃，好吃! 因為分量很大，如果當開胃菜的話我覺得三到四人分剛剛好!
泡菜炒飯加荷包蛋 用泡菜下去炒的飯非常入味呀! 稍微辣但是不至於辣到流淚，而且更因為帶點辣所以更加開胃呀! 每分本來就有附上一顆大大的荷包蛋，但因為男友特愛他們的荷包蛋所以又加點了一顆。大大的荷包蛋是不是煎的很美呀!
牛肉石鍋拌飯 加入旁邊的辣醬後拌一拌就可以吃啦! 因為石鍋非常的燙，所以要小心不要碰到了! 我都喜歡讓石鍋把飯煎到硬硬的，有點鍋巴的感覺，我喜歡這樣的口感，也覺得這樣米更香呀哈哈。牛肉和配菜(紅蘿蔔、小黃瓜、洋蔥、香菇)份量也滿多的，辣醬可以依個人口味去加，每份也附一顆荷包蛋，但因為我太心急了忘了拍照就直接開挖了哈哈。

說道韓國湯我覺得他們的火鍋也好吃~我很愛部隊鍋，還要加辛拉麵和起司! :P
