Materials for cooking
Chicken- 12 pieces
Onion Bata - 4 teaspoons
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon of sugar
Ginger - 1 teaspoon of ginger
Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon of sugar
According to the salt-taste
Cornflower - 3 teaspoons
Flour - 2 table spoons
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Oil- 3 tablespoons of oil
Ready recipe
Sprinkle the salt and pepper powder on the chicken pieces. Mix onions, ginger, and garlic in a bowl together. Grate the peppercorn powder in the mix. Sprinkle chicken pieces with a spice mixture for 15 minutes. Mixing cornflower, flour, baking soda, salt and water in another container. Keep the mixture in a poultry piece and leave it for 5 minutes. Heat the oil and fry the brown chicken lollipops. Serve hot with sauce.
