Honey mushrooms! Very good. When I lived in Michigan, USA, there would be people poisoned every year by confusing the deadly Galerina (Galerina marginata complex) with honey mushrooms (A. mellea). I'm glad to see someone with the skills and confidence to forage honey mushrooms! I eat a lot of wild mushrooms, but they are not one I pick by myself -- yet! Enjoy your wild harvest and wonderful food!
