Gluten-free Egg Noodle, a staple for many gluten-free dishes
This one is more of a precursor for future recipes but that just makes it even more important to get down to a T.
This recipe calls for -
1 egg or 2 egg yolks
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. oil
pinch of salt
Gluten-free flour roughly 1/2 to 2/3 of a cup (add more if needed dont go overboard!)
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and mix completely, you should have a doughy ball at the end.
Flatten with a rolling pin on a surface covered in a light layer of flour until roughly the thickness of a penny.
Cut into whatever size strips you wish!
Freeze if not being used!
