Making Greek Salad in the Vegetable Garden
Salad with Feta cheese
In the summer I like to do an easy, what I call, "Greek Salad" of vegetables from our garden. We grow everything from grapes, beets, spices and beans to corn, onions and other things. Homegrown tomatoes have so much flavour, it goes well with the salty feta cheese and peppery basil and rocket salad!
Ingredients
Homegrown tomatoes, cucumber, green and red basil, rocket salad, 3 kinds of lettuce + feta cheese and olive oil.

How to make it
Chop all the vegetables and put in a bowl.
Crumb the feta cheese over the vegetables...
... and some olive oil!
