Hi everyone! Did you had lunch yet ? If not try this recipe and your lunch will be special !

Ingredients
-120 gr stale bread
-500 gr minced beef
-2 eggs
-2 tb sp. parsley
-1 tb sp. oregano
-1 cluster garlic
-1 onion
-1 tb sp. mint
-1 sm sp. cumin
-30 gr Ouzo
-pepper
-1 tb sp. salt
-3 tb sp. olive oil
-1 liter of sunflower oil

Recipe

-In a bowl of water, put the bread to soak
-We straighten the bread well with our hands and transfer to another bowl
-Add the beef mince, the eggs, the parsley chopped, oregano, chopped garlic, chopped onion, finely chopped mint, cumin, ouzo, pepper, salt, 3 tbsp. olive oil and mix thoroughly until the materials are homogenized
-Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, covered with a transparent film
-Place a pan with sunflower oil in moderate to strong fire to burn
-We make 20 balls (20-25 gr each) and pass them through the flour
-We take care of the excess flour and put it in two doses in the pan with hot sunflower oil.
-Fry for 2-3 minutes until they get a golden colour. Turn them around oftenly
-Remove and put on absorbent paper to remove excess oil
-We serve with fried potatoes and our favorite sauce
