Cheese Shell Tacos
So the wife is on this Keto diet, low carb high fat kinda thing. So we made taco shell using cheddar cheese then just had the regular filling. I have to say I’m sad, that I hadn’t done this sooner.
It was absolutely delicious and would recommend to anyone. I would say use a crepe pan with a cooking spray.
Otherwise it was the standard packet of taco seasoning with some chopped tomatoes, lettuce, more cheese, grilled pepper and onions, and some Taco Bell hot sauces we had left laying around!

Wow. Super creative. I’m always looking for keto ideas. Especially with cheese. I like doing keto cheez its. But I’m definitely going to try making this cheese taco shell. Great work!
thanks! it was amazing, just wait until all the sided are starting to crisp a bit and becomes less sloppy when pushing it around, then place it on a paper towel to wipe up the excess oil. :) cheers
