My dear foodies,

Today I bring you another dessert very rich and totally vegan, the ingredients do not differ much from the originals, animal milk replaced by soy milk, the rest are still the same ingredients, perhaps the most harmful is wheat flour, so if you are celiac or diabetic do not recommend that you consume this type of product.

My secrets INGREDIENTS

(for For a mold of 15 cm (with high edge) portions):

For the dough:

♡ 150 g white wheat flour

♡ 90 g margarine

♡ 90 g brown sugar

♡ 20 g cocoa

♡ 15 g water

♡ 8 g baking powder

♡ 1 pinch of salt

For the stuffing:

♡ 500 g natural soy yogurt

♡ 100 g margarine

♡ 100 g brown sugar

♡ 60 ml natural soy milk

♡ 50 g peeled walnuts

♡ 10 g of cornstarch

♡ 1 vanilla pod (seeds only)

♡ 1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

Preparation time: 15min

Cooking time: 85min

Total: 100min

Mix margarine, flour, cocoa, sugar, yeast and salt to form a grit. Add water and mix until dough is formed.

Roll out the dough until it is about 4-5 mm thick.

Grease a tall mould and rub it with the dough. Use a fork to prick the surface at different points so that the dough does not rise. Reserve.

Heat the oven to 180º.

To prepare the cheesecake filling, melt the margarine in a bowl. On the other hand, heat the soy milk and dissolve the cornstarch in it. If necessary, use a blender to remove lumps.

Cut the vanilla pod in half and remove the seeds. Add them to the margarine.

Also add to the melted margarine the mixture of soja milk and cornstarch, yogurt, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt.

Mix and pour into the mold.

Place the chopped walnuts and pieces of dough on top of the filling.

Bake the cheesecake at 180º for 75-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow the cheesecake to cool before removing from the grind.
