My dear foodies,

After giving you the secret of 🍇 My Healthy Breakfast Smoothie 🍇, here is my secret to making Vegan Spring Rolls that will awaken your taste buds!

This recipe is simple to make and very healthy! Spring rolls can be prepared with a multitude of different vegetables but also shrimp or chicken if you are not vegetarian! The advantage is that we have the same base and then we put what we want!

Spring rolls can be served as an enteée or as a dish if you make a large quantity.

If like me, you are an Asian cuisine lover, this recipe is to be tested urgently! It's healthy, easy and tasty!

I advise you to use organic vegetables, it is always better for the health and for the planet =).

Here is a recipe for a 10th of fresh and healthy Spring rolls!

🌯 Vegan Spring Rolls 🌯

Preparation time: 45 min
Cooking time: 3-4 min

Ingredients

♡ 8 rice leaves

♡ 50g rice vermicelli

♡ 50g soy sprouts

♡ 1 iceberg salad

♡ 2 small carrots

♡ 1/2 cucumber

♡ 20 mint leaves

♡ soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1: Clean all the vegetables and mint leaves! It's super important to remove a lot of pesticides and chemicals ...

Then, cut carrots and cucumbers into thin sticks.

Clean the salad and cut into small enough leaves for the rolls.

Rinse the soy sprouts with water and drain.

Step 2: Cook the rice vermicelli in boiling water for a few minutes and then drain. Personally, I always pass a trickle of cold water on after so that it does not stick.

Step 3: Prepare a large plate with hot water to immerse the rice leaves.

Step 4: You are ready to make beautiful rolls!
Dip the rice leaf a few minutes in the water until it is softened. Put your rice leaf on your worktop and spread the vegetables and mint leaves. Add the rice vermicelli then roll the patties on themselves, pressing well to keep everything tight.
Before closing your rolls it is important to fold the edges of each side of the sheet so that it remains tight.

Step 5: Perform the operation as many times as you want (after 10 I start losing patience XD).

Then arrange all your rolls in a dish.

Serve chilled with a sweet soy sauce or sweet according to taste!
