My dear foodies,

Today I bring you a different recipe with respect to the use of the oven, as we will not use this tool that sometimes seems vital to make our recipes, to get out a little bit of our comfort zone I bring a rich vegan sponge cake to the pan, its preparation is not very difficult so let's start with this to see how it remains. Come with me.

Sponge cake in a frying pan

My secrets INGREDIENTS

(for 15 portions):

♡ 1 natural-flavored soy yogurt (are 125g)

♡ 2 measures sugar yogurt

♡ 3 measures wheat flour yogurt

♡ 1 scoop soy milk yogurt

♡ 1 measure of sunflower oil yogurt

♡ 2 teaspoons baking powder

♡ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

♡ vegetable margarine and flour to spread and sprinkle the frying pans-mold

♡ icing sugar to decorate (optional)

PREPARATION

Preparation time: 10min

Cooking time: 35min

Total: 45min

In this recipe, you will learn several tricks, and we will use several combined techniques.

One tip is to leave all the ingredients you use in the recipe out of the refrigerator at least half an hour before you start cooking.

The first step in this delicious recipe is to make the mixture for the sponge cake you can make it with a robot or by hand, remember that the proportions are adapted for bone tortilla frying pans that did not take much effort to make it, here is a detail regarding cooking if we do it in a gas cooker is much better because we can control the fire but if we do it in an electric cooker we will have to be careful for these kitchens tend to heat more than normal.

The next step will be to spread margarine on the frying pan that we have chosen to cook our sponge cake, it is necessary that you reach the edge.

Then we will place in a big bowl the soy yogurt to mix, remember that we will use the same glass to add the other measures, then we will add the sugar, and we will continue beating either by hand or with the help of a robot, then we will add 3 measures of wheat flour, then the oil, then it is time for soy milk, and finally we will add the baking soda with the yeast.

Then pour the mixture into the pan and put on the stove over low heat, about 20 minutes will pass before we have to hand another pan anointed with butter, but first we must be sure that the mixture is not liquid and the edges have taken off only so we can take off and pass to the other pan but this time we leave it only 6 minutes more or until we see that it is ready.

Turn off the fire and let it cool to decorate them with icing sugar.

For me the trick is to use the yogurt glass as a measure for the ingredients, this will make us use just the right ingredients for the preparation, another trick is the use of controlled fire and is very aware of how the cooking is going during the time we are cooking it.

You can also play with the ingredients, you can substitute soy yogurt for one made from rice, and vegetable soy milk for one made from almonds or sesame or oats, either this is a matter of taste or to give variety to the recipe. You can add the essence of coffee, mint, orange, vanilla, you can add pieces of dried fruits, or nuts, almonds. The rest I leave to your imagination and taste. I hope you enjoy this recipe made without an oven.
