RECIPE TO MAKE PUTU AYU PALM SUGAR (PUTU AYU) Indonesian Cakes

Base Material:
-100 grams of grated coconut rough
-1/4 teaspoon salt

Ingredients/spices:
-3 eggs
-100 g Palm sugar
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-50 grams of rice flour
-100 g flour proteins are
-50 ml water
-50 g thick coconut milk instant

How To Make:

  1. Stir coarsely grated coconut and salt.

  4. put rice flour and white flour while stirring and sifted. Add the coconut milk and water mixture a instant while beaten flat.

For 6 pieces.
