I want the peking duck bosam -I love that sauce - just peking duck, cucumber and a wrap is also okay - all yummy!
That yusheng tossing is a Singaporean thing for Chinese New Year but it has spread to some other parts of the world celebrating the Lunar New Year. Some fun. Some companies have lunch or dinner with the yusheng and it's fun but messing sometimes.
The peking duck thing is also like how the Korean eat the barbecue meat, right?
@ace108 you are right about the peking duck - the way they eat it - it's called bosam in Korean . It's always good to see culture related stuff like this cause we can't really go around the world that often. The tossing part is the one I find the most interesting. I could imagine how much fun it is as long as it doesn't get out of hand indeed otherwise the food would be messed up.
