The Delicious Pitaya cooking (Original)
Today and my friends went to the outskirts of the farm,Brought back some pitaya,And found there are two colors, one is white, the other one is purple, which is actually the cactus fruit, my children do not love to eat, so I use it fried dish, sweet and salty.
The ingredients you need: carrots, peanuts, nuts, broccoli, cooking wine, salt and chicken pitaya into two, two thumb pulp along the edge is slightly pressed, stripping out the flesh
The 2 pitaya cut into small, leaving half complete shell stand-by,sliced carrot, cauliflower cut
pot pour oil, carrots and broccoli stir fry, add salt and chicken essence seasoning, quickly out of the pot, add pitaya and nuts to stir fry

这天和朋友去了郊区的农场,带回了一些火龙果,切开发现有两种顔色,一个是白色,另外一种是紫色,它们其实就是仙人掌的果子,我的小孩不喜欢吃,所以我用它炒了一盘菜,又甜又有点咸味
需要的食材:胡萝卜,花生米/坚果,料酒,西兰花,盐 鸡精
- 火龙果切成两半,两个大拇指沿着果肉边缘稍稍用力下压,剥出果肉
- 把火龙果切成丁,留一半完整的外壳待用
- 胡萝卜切片,花菜切小
- 锅内倒适量油,胡萝卜和西兰花翻炒,加适量盐和鸡精调味,快出锅时,加火龙果与花生米炒匀,出锅装盘~

@elfkitchen - now I really wish I live in the tropics again - I didn't know that the dragon fruit is also called pitaya - thanks for that.
Having a dragon fruit plant is really a blessing - it has so many health benefits and is very expensive here.
