Schmidty's Burgers - Coeur D'Alene, Idaho! ($8 for $25 worth of food?!)

As you may have seen, I haven't posted in a week or so. My wife and I are adapting to life here in Idaho, and we've been kind of busy. Well, I wanted to share a restaurant review of a local burger joint we went to today! It's called Schmidty's Burgers in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho.
It's a rather small diner so there's not much room. However, I've found small places usually have the better food over the big chains. It was after lunch time, so we were the only ones there. Which made service nice and quick!
I will stay I have yet to find a place that serves sweet tea here. Being from Tennessee, this is so weird. It'll take some time to get used to the funny looks and the "well, we have iced tea...and sugar packs, so..." Anywho, @alovelymess went with a burger that had BBQ sauce, grilled pineapple, banana peppers, and cheddar.
I went with a BBQ sauce, cheddar, bacon, and onion ring burger. Both were delicious!
Now, how we found this place....My wife loves coupons, so she downloaded Groupon on her phone. On this site/app you can purchase vouchers for restaurants for cheaper than the amount of the voucher. For instance, you can buy a $20 voucher to Schmidty's for $13.50.
With that said, she had a coupon code sent to her for $10 off anything. In order to try it out, we decided to purchase this. So, we received a $20 voucher for $3 after using the coupon she received. How awesome is that?! Now that we know, we will be using this everywhere! In the end, our bill was $25. After the $3 for the voucher, and the extra $5, we paid $8 for a $25 meal. Pretty great, huh? Awesome find, @alovelymess!!
