Visiting a Peruvian Restaurant.
Today I had a delicious dinner at a Peruvian food restaurant that I want to share with you. The first course was a rice known as Chaufa which is certainly must be one of the dishes most consumed by Peruvians. This fast-food dish is part of one of the many fusions and probably the best-known Chinese-Peruvian cuisine.
Then I ate the most traditional and delicious dish of Peruvian cebiche which is a combination of sea products raw with lemon and vegetables.
